UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE THREE LEVELS OF JOB

Most times, when we consider the price for quality things, we could just mindlessly resolve to take the cheaper ones not minding the fact that there is nothing to be compared with quality in all ramifications be it the lifespan, the workmanship, the standard, the authenticity, the aesthetic, etc. There is no amount of price you gave for quality things that you will not get more than its double in return.

That is the simple truth that most school children and youths find so hard to understand and to believe between skimming learning that also allows them the time for so many trivial things and intensive learning which does absorb times for other things that majority of them, knowingly or unknowingly, decide to despise any idea of intensive and complete learning and study; the unknown attitude that has brought most graduates to the level of unemployability. The state of unemployability is caused by how students learn and acquire knowledge in school. Young people need to learn how to learn to develop the necessary skills. Read this post, DISCOVER THE JOB LEVEL YOU WILL FIT FOR BY HOW YOU LEARNT OR ARE LEARNING IN SCHOOL, to understand how to learn to be fitted for a certain level of job.

Read on to discover what you or your friends or relatives are set to enjoy or suffer in the level of job they are learning in school to be fitted for after graduation.

·         Maintenance job: Capacity development for this division is not so much hard to acquire. It is all about learning a piece of existing information about a sector. Therefore, there are lots of people with the capability for this division. People with only this knowledge capability will have to look for an existing established organisation within which they can function – and without which they are useless. And because there are too many people with such a capability, there is an intense competition for job opportunity. (This is the category of most jobless graduates).

·         Problem solving job: Capability development for this division is a few steps further ahead maintenance jobs’. People with this capability are few in comparison to maintenance job – like 15% to 100%, but are much more than those with capability for accessing hidden aspects. People with problem solving capabilities can stand on their own by establishing companies, but still in connection with other established organisations where they can be called to have problems solved. There is a little competition here too. However, people here are more honoured and respected than those in maintenance level.

·         Hidden aspect accessing job: Capability development for this division is a few steps further ahead problem solving jobs’. People here are very few – they are probably 2% to 100%. They are highly celebrated and much more honoured than those in the other divisions. Most times public considers people in level are special, but they are not different from other people like you and me. The people here stand on their own, if they which, and can establish new organisations independently – opening job opportunities to those in the other two divisions. There is little or zero competition here. Most inventors, founders, etc. belong to this level.

(Note: what differentiates these people is 80% based on how they acquire their knowledge and develop capability and skills while 20% on their natural abilities).

THE REAL MEANING OF SCHOOL

Issue of school in regards to its meaning is one of the modern topic amongst educationists. While school is described in a layman term just as a place of learning; it is professionally described as an organized environment for formal education – which means education that follows certain processes. And the features of school, as it is being often mentioned, include: school authority and staff, classrooms, laboratories and libraries, textbooks and lesson notes, students, tables and chairs, various buildings and offices, ink or chalk boards and other materials of instruction. But school, in the real sense, is more than all that have been mentioned as the major features; my description of school is simply a place of getting additional knowledge to one's own natural knowledge. Therefore, the real features of a school is everything and anything that contributes to the growth of one's knowledge, causes the expansion of one's mind, increases one's intelligence quotient,

THE SECRET DEEDS OF JESUS CHRIST THAT MADE HIM GREAT (Part 1)

As Christians who wants to become as great as Jesus Christ on earth and in heavens, just as our Father in heaven desires, Romans 8:29, and which shows that it is very possible to become like Him, we cannot be so by categoring mainly on His backgrounds as reason for His greatness in any sense. If it is for His backgrounds that God says we should focus and listen to Him for us to be great, then we cannot be like Him in any way, because our mothers were not virgin before and after they gave birth to us. They were probably virgins before they knew our fathers, but never after they came across our fathers - the connection that preceded our conceptions. And for that, every other thing has no value in itself as for us to become like Jesus Christ in comparison to backgrounds. Read the introduction to this series Therefore, when God instructs us to focus on Jesus Christ, He is telling us to pay attention to what Jesus did and how He did it. It is in that we have our road map to h

THE EVILS THAT HAPPEN TO THE GOOD SAMARITAN

As Christians in this present generation, we tend to question God why He allows evil in someone else situation and good in another, especially someone we might consider 'underserved'. Such judgement is not sentimental, I will say, rather a result of our inability to understand the indepth of God's sovereignty and His declared words. What kind of things that happens in today society to the good 'ones'; 'why him or her?' And 'why not him or her?' We could argue the issue passionately and with good different points of view that could cast down any other plausible argument concerning the situation. And as such, some people's minds, and ultimately their faith could shrink back from their sincere service and worship to God and to Christ Jesus, our saviour, because of the things that happen to the good Samaritan, who deserves care and love and, even to some extents to be worshipped. But the truth of the two kinds of situation - good and bad

GOD NEEDS YOUR WEAKNESS

By Charlene Nelson on desiringGod.com Suffering has shown me that my strength is not in me. The raging seas have made me cling to the rock of my salvation. I can say in full conviction, “If the Lord had not been my help, my soul would soon have lived in the land of silence. When I thought ‘My foot slips’ your steadfast love, O Lord, held me up (Psalm 94:17–18).” God has shown me my own weakness through debilitating pain — fibromyalgia and severe pelvic separation during two pregnancies, as well as years of anemia causing brutal fatigue. I now not only know my weakness, but I feel it acutely. In the past year, though I had earnestly believed it was time for some relief, God brought me even lower when I was diagnosed with a stomach tumor, waded through follow up tests, and underwent surgery. The Secret to Suffering As a mom of two children under school age, walking through these trials has been unspeakably difficult. But during this recent cancer scare it was, perhaps, the f
