About

We exist to help young people and people generally enjoy the value of godly lifestyle in Christ Jesus and education by providing them with the best possible insights through teaching and writing that shed more light on how to position themselves for growth and opportunities in the world.

Our Christianity Aim:
To better sing the true Word of God in the world that's trying all possible means to undermine the efficacy of 'His' (Word's) power by laying emphasis on what should be known that's not known and on what should be done that's not done and how things ought to be done for the power of the Word to be displayed.

Our Educational Aim:
To defend and protect school system, which people think is failing, not by telling lies or acting authoritatively towards the learners and people, but by telling them the truth – truth that will lead to the shifting of their minds from education system that fosters conformity and compliance through authoritative command and control which gives school authorities the tough work of motivating and encouraging the one-leg-in-one-leg-out learners to stay and be serious with their study in school to a new education system that encourages students to freely express their minds, views and concerns, and that passionately answer their controversial questions about anything in other to foster a self-accessing, self-motivating and self-developing mentality in them which will help them to encourage themselves or turn to the appropriate quarters for help in the face of adversities along their education journey and which would have helped them develop the right needed skills in the larger world.

Our General Vision:
We see generations of young people who are technically educated; practically talented, and functionally godly; who are passionate to effect positive changes in their communities.

To that effect, Our General Mission:
To ensure that young ones possess the necessary knowledge and skills with which they can transcend the religious, conventional and traditional situations that mostly limit young people in society.

HOW TO DETOXIFY THE YOUNG MINDS FROM INDOCTRINATION

By Wole Soyinka for thehighereducation.com A few years ago, I had reached the stage of despair over the deterioration of the university system in my own country, Nigeria, under successive regimes of both civilian and military orders. Even the basic, campus social life had broken down, a condition that I tried to summarise in the title of a public lecture that went: “Descent of barbarism and end of the collegial”. Educational standards had plummeted so low that the word “illiteracy” had become current within – not only outside – the ivory towers, leading Unesco to classify Nigeria as one of the nine countries that together accounted for 70 per cent of the globe’s illiterate population. We do not need to be reminded that primary and secondary education form the base material for the intellectual quality of intakes into the tertiary institution. When deterioration in those two tiers is compounded by the fact that those tertiaries indulged in any excuse to foment strikes by facul...

THE REAL MEANING OF SCHOOL

Issue of school in regards to its meaning is one of the modern topic amongst educationists. While school is described in a layman term just as a place of learning; it is professionally described as an organized environment for formal education – which means education that follows certain processes. And the features of school, as it is being often mentioned, include: school authority and staff, classrooms, laboratories and libraries, textbooks and lesson notes, students, tables and chairs, various buildings and offices, ink or chalk boards and other materials of instruction. But school, in the real sense, is more than all that have been mentioned as the major features; my description of school is simply a place of getting additional knowledge to one's own natural knowledge. Therefore, the real features of a school is everything and anything that contributes to the growth of one's knowledge, causes the expansion of one's mind, increases one's intelligence quotient, ...

THE UNNOTICED DEEDS OF JESUS CHRIST THAT MADE HIM GREAT: Part 3

As Christians, we are not allowed to live a life below greatness, even in our simplicity and normal lifestyle. All about us should hold people ransom to the kingdom of God. And that's why I have taken our time to look into the life of our "Lord Jesus Christ who lived a kind of lifestyle that the world considers to be exceptional, but which is normal to us who are of the kingdom of the Father of Light." In this series, we have been looking into those little little things that gathered together to make our Lord Jesus Christ great. Read Part 1 or Part 2 of the series. In this Part, we will yet look at another simple step that leads to Jesus Christ's greatness. Our Bible verse for this part is in the book of Philippians 2:5-11 that says, "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: [6] Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: [7] But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servan...
