HOW TO HAVE YOUR INTELLIGENT QUOTIENT INCREASED

WHAT IS INTELLIGENT QUOTIENT ACCELERATOR?
If intelligence means the activity or working of the brain to perceive and intelligent quotient means the speed at which the brain works in perceiving, then intelligent quotient accelerator means something that increases that speed from certain level of perceiving to higher level of perceiving.

Some facts you should know about knowledge in relation to intelligence include the fact that it is knowledge which determines intelligence due to its (knowledge’s) diversity. Diversity in this context refers to the fact that different kind of activities requires their different individual knowledge. For instance, there are different kinds of knowledge for different sport activities; there is another one for different scientific workings; there is another one for cooking, etc. for as many activities you can mention, each has its own knowledge.

Now the kind of activity or profession or subject that fits a person's natural endeavor or that interests them the most is what such a person will keep on perceiving. That is, if the person’s natural interest, for instance, falls on football, the knowledge (information) that will be coming to his or her mind will mostly be about football; likewise if school subjects, their intelligence will naturally work much faster perceiving new thing (knowledge) in line with the subject, even the aspect they might have not been taught. This is what is called ‘Knowledge Specialization’; it is naturally configured. And any effort to change it will likely put the person to mental retardation.

Knowledge diversity also helps us to understand that most people we know that are knowledgeable do not actually know everything. As much as they are knowledgeable in their areas of specialization so they are stupid fellows in another man's area of specialization. Having overflowing knowledge about tailoring does not mean you know something about shoe-making.

Also NOTE that intelligence has nothing to do with knowledge in terms of content. Whatever the knowledge is the duty of intelligence is to acquire it. Like transport vehicles, they are careless of whom to carry – black or white person, old or young, male or female – theirs is to transport people from one location to another. And that is how intelligence is to knowledge.

There is also what is known as dynamism of intelligence which is also another aspect of knowledge acquisition process that many don’t really understand. Intelligence dynamism is the fact that different individuals in the same profession have different individual ways of acquiring knowledge about the profession and which if they separately applied their individual way successfully on a given assignment, they will produce the same result, even though they work separately. And this is where Intelligent Quotient Accelerator comes in.

Intelligence dynamism has rendered useless so many skills or knowledge acquisition principles given by professionals on how to acquire one skill or the other. What has been discovered about many scholars’ outlined processes of knowledge acquisition which some ignorant people often impose on children is that while they work for few, they destroy other children chances of becoming knowledgeable in life and in their chosen professions because such processes are not their own intelligent quotient accelerators.

THE STORY OF TWO STUDENTS
Sometimes ago as a teacher in a school, my attention caught one girl in particular among the other Thirty-Five students in the class because of her playful nature and how amazingly she still came first among the other students who seemed serious and studious. This girl played a lot, laughed a lot, made lot of noises, she was often a class disturbance – playing while teaching was going on. But I was surprised when I found out that this very girl was one of the few students who had answered my exam questions as expected. The other student who also answered the questions as expected was a complete opposite of the first student. This one was quite, often moody, hardly played and scarcely laughed. If you didn’t meet this one in her seat, it means she had been called upon by teachers.

The other day I watched a video clip of how Arden Hayes, the young knowledgeable Scientist, studying at age five; I found it really interesting that this boy was eating while studying. I have also observed that Leke Alder, one of the Nigerian knowledgeable and influential personalities, has a sitting pattern of crossing leg and support his cheek with his right hand and look so calmly serious as he rests his back on the chair he sits. Etc.

SO HOW DO YOU INCREASE YOUR INTELLIGENCE?
Therefore, according to the example cited, an Intelligent Quotient Accelerator is anything that you do or anywhere you go that often causes your brain to work faster in acquiring certain knowledge. This can be a sitting style, an eating habit, an environment that inspires you, certain hour of the day or night, certain actions or activities of any kind that opens your mind and causes your brain to become aware of a particular knowledge. IQA is anything that puts your brain or mind in a best possible convenient position to perceive something (knowledge).

Sitting down quietly in a noiseless environment or in any other place to acquire knowledge is one of the oldest and most common IQA, but evidently not the only way. To some sitting all alone by themselves and stare on like fools is their own IQA, while to some moving all about, jumping, singing, playing, etc. is their own IQA. Intelligent Quotient Accelerator is a personal thing that also gives us a sense of individual difference.

NOTE that sitting down quietly is required for becoming knowledgeable; but what I discover is that sitting down is the final stage, necessary for widening and expanding of knowledge (information) received. The word of God in Ecclesiastes 5:3 says, “…a dream comes when there are many activities.” And this is where the concept of THINKING comes in to play.

HOW TO GET YOUR IDEAS SPREAD

By Seth Godin on TED 2003. I'm going to give you four specific examples, I'm going to cover at the end about how a company called Silk tripled their sales; how an artist named Jeff Koons went from being a nobody to making a whole bunch of money and having a lot of impact; to how Frank Gehry redefined what it meant to be an architect. And one of my biggest failures as a marketer in the last few years -- a record label I started that had a CD called "Sauce." Before I can do that I've got to tell you about sliced bread, and a guy named Otto Rohwedder. Now, before sliced bread was invented in the 1910s I wonder what they said? Like the greatest invention since the telegraph or something. But this guy named Otto Rohwedder invented sliced bread, and he focused, like most inventors did, on the patent part and the making part. And the thing about the invention of sliced bread is this -- that for the first 15 years after sliced bread was available no one bought it;

THE REAL MEANING OF SCHOOL

Issue of school in regards to its meaning is one of the modern topic amongst educationists. While school is described in a layman term just as a place of learning; it is professionally described as an organized environment for formal education – which means education that follows certain processes. And the features of school, as it is being often mentioned, include: school authority and staff, classrooms, laboratories and libraries, textbooks and lesson notes, students, tables and chairs, various buildings and offices, ink or chalk boards and other materials of instruction. But school, in the real sense, is more than all that have been mentioned as the major features; my description of school is simply a place of getting additional knowledge to one's own natural knowledge. Therefore, the real features of a school is everything and anything that contributes to the growth of one's knowledge, causes the expansion of one's mind, increases one's intelligence quotient,

HOW TO DETOXIFY THE YOUNG MINDS FROM INDOCTRINATION

By Wole Soyinka for thehighereducation.com A few years ago, I had reached the stage of despair over the deterioration of the university system in my own country, Nigeria, under successive regimes of both civilian and military orders. Even the basic, campus social life had broken down, a condition that I tried to summarise in the title of a public lecture that went: “Descent of barbarism and end of the collegial”. Educational standards had plummeted so low that the word “illiteracy” had become current within – not only outside – the ivory towers, leading Unesco to classify Nigeria as one of the nine countries that together accounted for 70 per cent of the globe’s illiterate population. We do not need to be reminded that primary and secondary education form the base material for the intellectual quality of intakes into the tertiary institution. When deterioration in those two tiers is compounded by the fact that those tertiaries indulged in any excuse to foment strikes by facul
